I have a new TV so a sync was required, but I couldn't get my Ultimate One to sync using the older Windows app even though the app recognized my devices and it worked just fine so I went searching for solutions and saw that there's a newer version that doesn't require Silverlight. It's been many years since I had to sync my remote so I had no idea the app had been updated and no longer requires Microsoft Silverlight.

We’ve added full gamepad/controller support and tested for Xbox One, PS4 and Steam controllers. What can I do now? I've already done a factory reset. Changes made on MyHarmony desktop software must be manually synced to your remote or hub however, changes made directly on the remote or Harmony mobile app will automatically sync to the Harmony cloud.
